About This Service

Fire suppression system inspections are required by NFPA 25 on a schedule ranging from weekly to annual depending on the component. A licensed inspector examines sprinkler heads, control valves, gauges, water supply, and alarm devices — documenting findings in a written report as required by code. Most commercial properties need at minimum an annual inspection, with quarterly inspections of control valves and water flow devices. Deficiencies found during inspection must be corrected within the timeframes specified by NFPA 25 and your local AHJ.
